I really enjoy this as an intra workout drink I believe this is my 3rd or 4th time ordering this product; and I always buy a different flavor. I use this as a drink during my cardio workouts, it provides an extra boost of energy and the flavor is OMG good. I have used plenty plenty pre workout drinks in the past but this one taste the best to me. Great flavor, ok energy boost Tastes great. I’m not bouncing off the walls after taking it, but I also only generally take 1.5-2 scoops at a time. At that amount it gives me a little pick-me-up to get going in the early mornings or after a long day at work. I haven’t really noticed a significant difference in lifting ability on it, at least at those levels.
