wanted to grow pinto beans, see if they taste different than the dried store-bought variety I am having a terrible problem with grasshoppers and other chewing pests but the plants are growing well regardless. No flowers or fruits yet but hopefully they will come before it gets too cold in South-west Texas. If not, I’ll try again next year but than earlier in the season.

Great seed bean for sure Pretty much every bean sprouted, and all were healthy plants except for anything that I did to it. The ones that I planted near the corn did really well.
